Willy's Whimsical Wednesday Words of Wisdom

I have mentioned this before but the recent rain is a great time for a reminder. Looking at homes and vacant land is a great opportunity to view when things are at their worst. We recently visited  a nicely remodeled home. We happened to see the home in the pouring down rain. Regrettably it turned out that the chimney flashing was leaking significantly. Very solvable problem, but it was due to the rough weather that the issue was discovered. Glass half full!! Or the rain gutter is clear full. It is all a matter of perspective.
