Willy's Whimsical Wednesday Words of Wisdom
Your first Christmas in the new place! Deciding where to put the
tree, figuring out how Santa is going to get into the house if you don't
have a fireplace and practicing your appreciation expressions when your
family members get you something stupid.
To me, one of my
favorite traditions when celebrating Christmas in a new place is making
sure to get too big of a tree! Every house I have lived in there is a
pitch mark in the ceiling somewhere. Jamming a tree into a corner with
the top bent over and the angel plastered against the ceiling looking
down at you is just part of the celebration. Getting your sister a
puzzle and taking one piece out, well, that just has to be done!! Love
