Willy's Whimsical Wednesday Words of Wisdom

My Mother's favorite holiday was Thanksgiving. No presents or distractions, (well football) just family and food. We never celebrated Thanksgiving on Thanksgiving Day however. She had a great rule. Thanksgiving was for spouses' houses, but the first Saturday after Thanksgiving was her day! It was a great rule! No conflict, no going to two or three homes on Thanksgiving Day in an effort to see everyone. I hope my mother's idea will help make your holiday season a wonderful time!
