Willy's Whimsical Wednesday Words of Wisdom

A few years back I had a client looking at purchasing a nice condo that backed up to a beautiful greenbelt. Several squirrel feeders were hanging in many of the yards along the greenbelt.. And those little gray squirrels were running all over the place. Cute as a bug, bouncing around, arguing with each other and running back and forth from the feeders. It was quite entertaining! Actually becoming a bit of a selling point for my buyer. However upon crawling under the home it was discovered what my Dad had meant when he said " You better Squirrel something away for a later date". Cus we found it!! Right under those buildings. In piles of seeds, mouse and rat nests, insulation that looked like swiss cheese and a lovely odoriferous bouquet. Ahh my natural habitat. I know, my buyer didn't think I was funny either. I could have bagged the seeds and put it back in the feeders for weeks. Solvable problem with proper screening but I strongly suggest you don't buy a house unless somebody has squirreled under it first to check.
