Your realtor of choice should be able to provide quality analytical information to help the family make informative choices during this difficult time. A realtor should be in touch with the gravity of emotion these decisions entail. Yet remain objective in providing as accurate of information as possible. Your agent should be the least visible part of this process introducing information when asked, not advice. Empowering the family to make informed decisions.
